SFL provides a wide variety of less than container load (LCL) and full container load (FCL) services between Bangladesh and the entire world with the worldwide top leading networks. SFL is a specialist in NVOCC and freight forwarding as well as worldwide export and import transportation logistics, the excellent networks and regular frequency give you the comfort of knowing. Especially, SFL provides its own worldwide LCL groupage services of weekly whole world ex Bangladesh via Colombo or Singapore and directly FCL service worldwide. We are also handling consol service from major countries to Bangladesh, moving over 10,000TEUs (IN and OUT) containers annually, which make us capable worldwide groupage service in Bangladesh.

In 2000, Mr. Abdus Sattar (S_Rana) and Mr. Md. Fokrul Islam start SFL, a one stop service provider as International Freight Frowarder in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Md. Abdus Sattar (S_Rana) has served on/about 12 years various recognized Shipping & Forwarding industry nationwide. Mr. Md. Fokrul Islam has more experiences in Account/ Marketing. He has also 10 years experiences in various reputed organization as Account/ Marketing level.

The progression into the 6 years was natural and steady, guided by new business needs. With the growing emphasis on overseas markets, SFF implemented an intensive in-house training program, where key staff members became fully qualified in the movement of airfreight, seafreight, railfreight, door delivery etc.

Both persons founder who led the company through its growth from infancy to a successful internationally, retired from day-to-day activities in 2006 Mr. Md. Abdus Sattar (S_Rana) became Managing Director & Mr. Md. Fokrul Islam became Chairman of the Board, overseeing and advising the future success of the company.

In November 2006, Mr. Sk. Liakot Hossain was joined into Board of Directors & appointed Director (Marketing) and CEO and changed the company as SFL CONTAINER LINES LTD which duly certified & registered by the Bangladesh Government. In this role, they continued to promote their vision for the company, employing skilled logistics professionals, delivering, superior customer service, accessing new international markets, investing in new technologies and positioning SFL for success.

From 2006, SFL mission continues to provide one stop services with a unique opportunity to explore new business opportunities in Bangladesh. Today, SFL is a provider of expert logistics solutions, giving businesses a competitive edge through supply chain efficiencies. Fully integrated solutions offer clients efficiency, improved customer service, access to new markets and compliance with trade and regulatory legislation
